This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff here is incredible - they helped me with my luggage and even made dinner reservations for me and my guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the view. The location is perfect, not far from the charming old town center and close to the city centre. The attention to detail, like providing Q-tips and cotton rounds, really stood out.
Everything was spot on.

The family room was incredibly spacious, warm, and quiet, with a comfortable sofa bed in an annexed room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with a last-minute check-in. The location is perfect, not far from the city center, and there is free private parking available.

This hotel in Bad Wildungen is fantastic value for money. The rates are reasonable and you get so much in return. The attention to detail is evident in the clean and spacious rooms, some of which even have a balcony. The location is superb, with the city center just a short distance away. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

The room was a decent size and very well-cleaned. The bed was comfy enough and the sheets were fresh. The location was quite convenient as it was just a short walk to a few of the local attractions. Also, the staff were sweet and hospitable.
The coffee served during breakfast tasted stale and could definitely be improved. The towels provided were worn and scratchy, which was a real disappointment. the hotel wasn't terrible, but there were a few things that could be improved for a better experience.

The location is very convenient, close to the city center, and the surroundings are beautiful. the room and bathroom are impeccably clean, and the staff is really accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and filling, and the sauna and parking facilities are top-notch.
The absence of tea/coffee-making facilities in the room is quite surprising, and could have improved the overall experience.

The hotel had a great location near the city center, making it easy to get around. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were clean and modern. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that I was given a free bus ticket for exploring the city.

Our New Year stay was wonderful! The hotel had fantastic amenities, including large and clean rooms. We particularly enjoyed the location, which was in close proximity to the city center and all major attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable.
While the stay was overall great, we missed a few extra touches in the room, such as tea/coffee facilities. This could have been a nice addition to further enhance our comfort during the stay.
